HR Policy, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Department
Key functions of the department:
• Coordinating the implementation and monitoring of Human Resource policies and strategies.
• Coordinating research on human resource development in areas relevant to the policy planning and delivery of Commission’s mandate.
• Developing, maintaining, and disseminating the HR database information.
• Providing technical inputs on monitoring and evaluation parameters to improve planning, programming, and implementation of policies and programmes of the NCSC.
