HR Policy, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Department

Key functions of the department:
 
Coordinating the implementation and monitoring of Human Resource policies and strategies.
Coordinating research on human resource development in areas relevant to the policy planning and delivery of Commission’s mandate.
Developing, maintaining, and disseminating the HR database information.
Providing technical inputs on monitoring and evaluation parameters to improve planning, programming, and implementation of policies and programmes of the NCSC.
