Recruitment, Selection, and Appointment Department
Key functions of the department:
Developing the recruitment, selection, and promotion policies that govern the public service based on the public service regulations.
Developing capacity to recruit, select, and promote suitable candidates in line with the constitutionally prescribed values and principles of the public service.
Coordinating the implementation of policies and strategies on recruitment, selection, and promotion of civil servants.
Coordinating the collation of recruitment plans in all public service institutions to initiate the formulation of work plans for the NCSC.
Coordinating and providing support to enable recruitment, training, and transfer of knowledge and technology to departmental staff and the civil service in general.
